EscapeFromAmerica.com Magazine is a property of EscapeArtist.com Inc. EscapeArtist.com Inc provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

#1 – We Do Not Spam:

EscapeArtist.com Inc. is committed to protecting its visitor, subscriber and customer’s privacy. We use customer information only to process orders and to provide a more efficient service. Our magazine subscribers list is never shared with others, we do not sell email addresses and we never spam. EscapeArtist.com Inc. does not sell, trade or rent customer information to others. That means we do not spam, period.

#2 – Security

Credit card information submitted to us when registering or ordering from EscapeArtist.com Inc. is absolutely secure. Every page in the EscapeArtist.com Inc. ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is advanced encryption technology. Some of our contact forms, such as our secured chat are also fully secure. When they are secured contact forms it is stated as such on the contact page.

Once you submit your payment through Paypal, your order is immediately processed.  By submitting the order, you are authorizing the charge to your Paypal account or credit card. Should you have any questions about your order, please email efam@escapeartist.com and we will respond to you promptly.

#3 – Refund Policy

Escapeartist.com, Inc. cares deeply about the satisfaction of every customer we serve. For your peace of mind, we have a 15-day Money Back Guarantee policy for anyone who is not completely satisfied with our services within the first 15 days of signing up.
