Offering: A real, no-nonsense, opportunity for a developer or real estate investor

I head up a residential development in the mountains of Panama and am looking for either:
• an investor to help us finish the project quickly via an injection of cash or
• a developer to guide the completion of the infrastructure finish and to help market and sell building lots, or
• some combination of the above.

Financial arrangements would be negotiated and details would depend on the nature of the involvement and the amount of capital provided or work contributed or both. Our infrastructure is about 70% complete. We have all approvals in place, roads are cut, cunetas are in, water pipes are in, electrical conduits are installed underground and we own the transformers and the electrical cabling that will be pulled through the conduits.

We have no debt and are not in distress. I just want to speed up the project beyond what we can afford to do on our own because I don’t want to miss the flood of retirees that I think will soon be heading to a place where their dollar will go further and where they will be safer from ever-increasing intrusions into their privacy and their finances by big government.

Of particular interest to me, beyond capital or physical work provided under any arrangement made, would be experience with marketing and selling lots and ultimately with running an ongoing community.

Total investment is estimated at $1,500,000.
